Personal Data Processing Notice

We process your name, email address, telephone number, and message in the contact form. For career applications, we also process the professional experience, education, and qualifications included in your CV. Please do not submit special-category personal data in the form or your CV.

We process this data to respond to your request, contact you about our services, assess your career application, protect our rights in potential disputes, and maintain information security. Processing is based on the conditions in Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, including evaluating your request and our legitimate interests.

We collect the data directly from you electronically through the forms. Access is limited to authorized Ototronik personnel and service providers involved in handling your request or application. Where email-delivery infrastructure providers are located abroad, international transfers are made in accordance with the safeguards and procedures in Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law.

Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the processing purpose and, following completion of the request or application, for the applicable limitation and retention periods. At the end of that period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you may request information about processing, access your data, request correction, deletion, or destruction, learn third parties to whom data was transferred, object to adverse results from automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage.
